The Supreme Court of India put an end to practice of property transactions through General Power of Attorney (GPA) on dated 21st October, 2011.
If you have purchased a land or property like shop, flat, plot or house based on GPA, it may be a bad news for you as the honorable Supreme Court of India has banned all property transactions through GPA.
